Soft agitation operates continuously to keep pigments uniformly suspended in the toner canister and ready to use at any time.
This helps improve color match where a toner has not been properly agitated due to skipping the initial or midday agitation cycle or a toner did not lock with agitation bank paddle.
Soft agitation also helps eliminate color match issues caused by toners that are subject to over agitation. This can occur in multi painter environments where each paint runs an agitation cycle first thing in the morning or after lunch unaware the another painter(s) has already run the cycle.
